Account Summary

Account Number: Use this number to make a payment, for account inquiries, to register for My Rogers and to sign up for online billing. This number will be 9 or 12 digits, depending on your Rogers services.

Invoice Date: This is the final day of your monthly billing period.

Your Last Bill: A summary of charges and credits including your previous balance, any adjustments, payments made, and the outstanding balance (if any) from your last bill.

Your Current Bill: A summary of the charges for each of your Rogers services and the page on which you can find full details. May also include a summary of account charges and credits such as Late Payment Fees, Installation and Restoral Fees, Paper Invoice Fee, and any applicable promotional discount(s). If you made changes to your service(s) mid-way through your billing period, you may have partial charges and a Partial Charges box will be displayed (see Partial Charges).
